Carl A. Garcia is the Chief Executive Officer of Akumen, Inc., a federal information technology services and consulting firm specializing in mission-critical technology solutions. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Carl provides strategic leadership focused on business growth, operational excellence, and delivering innovative solutions to federal government clients.
Under his leadership, Akumen has expanded its capabilities and strategic partnerships, strengthening its position in the federal marketplace. Carl remains focused on building long-term client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that Akumen delivers meaningful results in support of its clients’ missions.
Carl holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
